Nexora runs six family clinics, and most appointments were still booked by phone. Their old website buried services behind PDFs and dead-end contact forms. We rebuilt the site around one goal: help patients find the right doctor and book a visit without picking up the phone.<\/p>

A guided booking flow asks three simple questions and shows real-time availability across every location. Doctor profiles, clear service pages, and transparent pricing build trust before the first visit, while a mobile-first layout serves the 72% of visitors arriving on their phones.<\/p>

Challenges<\/h3>

Healthcare content has to be accurate, accessible, and reassuring all at once. We worked closely with clinical staff to rewrite every service page in plain language, met WCAG 2.2 AA throughout, and integrated with Nexora\u2019s existing scheduling system without changing their front-desk workflow.<\/p><\/div>
