24-hour notice<\/h2>

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment so we can offer the time to someone on our waitlist.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

Late cancellations and no-shows<\/h2>

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours\u2019 notice, and missed appointments, are subject to a $50 fee, charged to the card on file. After two missed appointments, we may ask for a deposit or prepayment before booking again.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

Treatment deposits<\/h2>

Some treatments require a deposit of $100 at booking to hold your time. The deposit is applied to the cost of your treatment. It is refunded when you cancel with at least 24 hours\u2019 notice and is forfeited for late cancellations and no-shows.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

Late arrivals<\/h2>

Please arrive a few minutes early to check in. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your treatment or reschedule it so the next client isn\u2019t kept waiting. A late arrival that has to be rescheduled may be treated as a late cancellation.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

Membership appointments<\/h2>

The same notice applies to members. A late cancellation or missed appointment may use the monthly treatment or credit booked for that visit, as described in your membership agreement. See our Memberships page for plan details.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

How to cancel or reschedule<\/h2>

Call us at (480) 555-0142 or email hello@callaaesthetics.com. Voicemails and emails are time-stamped, so notice left outside opening hours counts from the moment we receive it.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

Exceptions<\/h2>
