Our story

It started with one little counter.

Dollop opened in 2026 on a quiet Manhattan corner with one simple idea: every neighborhood deserves a place where an ordinary afternoon can turn into a little celebration.

We make our ice cream in small batches, a few flavors at a time. Some recipes are the classics we grew up on. Others come from the seasons, or from a regular who leaned over the counter and asked, “What if?”
