Do I need a registered legal entity to use Florin?

No. You can sign up and operate as an individual. Florin acts as your Agent of Record, handling the legal infrastructure and compliance so you can issue business-ready invoices immediately.

How long does it take for my payouts to settle?

Crypto payouts (USDC/ETH) settle almost instantly once the client's payment clears. Traditional bank transfers via SWIFT or local rails typically take 1 to 2 business days depending on your region.

Who covers the transaction fee? Me or my client?

It’s entirely up to you. You can choose to absorb the 2.75% transaction fee yourself, or seamlessly pass it on to your client as a processing fee on their final invoice.

Can I bill my client in USD but withdraw in my local currency?

Absolutely. You can issue invoices in your client's preferred currency to reduce friction for them. Once paid, our 140+ currency bridge automatically converts it at competitive FX rates for your withdrawal.

Does Florin help with my annual taxes?

While we don't file taxes for you, Florin automatically generates and organizes all your invoices, receipts, and compliance documents into a ready-to-export tax summary at the end of the financial year.
