Is treatment safe for children and pets?
We use products and methods suited to occupied homes. Your technician will explain any preparation steps and when it’s safe for kids and pets to return to treated areas.
How much does pest control cost?
Inspections start from $79 and targeted treatments from $149. Your final price depends on the pest, property size and severity, and we always confirm it before work begins.
Will the pests come back?
Every treatment includes prevention advice, and some pests need a follow-up visit. If you still see activity after treatment, let us know and we’ll review the next steps with you.
Do you work with businesses?
Yes. We support offices, restaurants, retail spaces and rental properties with one-off treatments and scheduled service plans.
How can I reduce pest activity at home?
Store food in sealed containers, take out trash regularly, fix leaks, remove standing water and seal gaps around doors, windows and pipes.
How do I book a visit?
Fill in the quote form or give us a call. We’ll confirm the details, suggest a time and send any preparation instructions before your visit.
How long does a treatment take?
Most residential treatments take 45 to 90 minutes. Larger properties or termite work can take longer, and we’ll confirm timing when you book.
Will one visit be enough?
Some pests are resolved in a single visit, while others, like bed bugs or cockroaches, usually need a follow-up. We’ll tell you upfront what to expect.
How should I prepare?
We’ll send a short checklist for your specific treatment, such as clearing floor space, storing food and moving pet bowls.
Are inspections included?
The Inspection plan covers an on-site assessment. Targeted Treatment and Property Plans include an assessment as part of the service.
Can I get commercial pricing?
Yes. Share your property type, approximate size and service needs, and we’ll prepare a custom commercial quote.
Are there any extra charges?
No surprises. Any additional costs are explained and agreed with you before work begins.
Can I get a quote before booking?
