If you don\u2019t agree, please don\u2019t use our website or services.<\/p>\n<p>We may update these terms from time to time. The \u201cLast updated\u201d date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Changes apply to bookings made after that date.<\/p><\/div><\/section><section id=\"our-services\" class=\"uncoder-container uncoder-d9ydnvr\"><div class=\"uncoder-container uncoder-h7l1s5e\"><div class=\"uncoder-text-editor uncoder-tetu1sx uncoder-text\"><p>02<\/p><\/div><h2 class=\"uncoder-heading uncoder-h5pqq21\">Our services<\/h2><\/div><div class=\"uncoder-text-editor uncoder-zma9psk uncoder-text lw-rich\"><p>We provide residential and commercial junk removal, light non-structural demolition, and roll-off dumpster rentals in our service area. The exact scope of each job is agreed with you before work begins.<\/p>\n<p>We reserve the right to decline any job, including work outside our service area, jobs involving restricted materials, or work we believe is unsafe.<\/p><\/div><\/section><section id=\"estimates-and-pricing\" class=\"uncoder-container uncoder-n4pwpky\"><div class=\"uncoder-container uncoder-krswitk\"><div class=\"uncoder-text-editor uncoder-aui1sr5 uncoder-text\"><p>03<\/p><\/div><h2 class=\"uncoder-heading uncoder-zsbdxhr\">Estimates and pricing<\/h2><\/div><div class=\"uncoder-text-editor uncoder-ahlss9v uncoder-text lw-rich\"><p>Estimates given by phone, message, or from photos are approximate. Your final price is confirmed on-site by our crew after they see the items or project, and no work begins until you approve it.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Junk removal is priced by the volume your items take up in our truck.<\/li>\n<li>Demolition is priced per project, based on an on-site assessment.<\/li>\n<li>Dumpster rentals are priced by size and include a set rental period and weight allowance.<\/li>\n<li>Some items, such as mattresses, tires, and appliances containing refrigerant, may carry an added disposal fee required by local facilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you add items or change the scope on the day, we\u2019ll update the price and get your approval before continuing.<\/p><\/div><\/section><section id=\"scheduling-cancellations-and-access\" class=\"uncoder-container uncoder-oup71mt\"><div class=\"uncoder-container uncoder-wpe3udz\"><div class=\"uncoder-text-editor uncoder-hr9t4ei uncoder-text\"><p>04<\/p><\/div><h2 class=\"uncoder-heading uncoder-u97jecc\">Scheduling, cancellations, and access<\/h2><\/div><div class=\"uncoder-text-editor uncoder-fz9kwgl uncoder-text lw-rich\"><p>Appointments are booked as arrival windows. We\u2019ll call ahead before arriving. Weather, traffic, or earlier jobs can occasionally cause delays, and we\u2019ll keep you informed if that happens.<\/p>\n<p>Please give us at least 24 hours\u2019 notice to cancel or reschedule. Repeated late cancellations or failed access may result in a trip fee.<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019re responsible for giving our crew safe, clear access to the items, including parking near the property, building permissions, gate codes, and elevator bookings where needed.<\/p><\/div><\/section><section id=\"items-we-can-t-accept\" class=\"uncoder-container uncoder-nl06ele\"><div class=\"uncoder-container uncoder-kvero46\"><div class=\"uncoder-text-editor uncoder-xq74o0x uncoder-text\"><p>05<\/p><\/div><h2 class=\"uncoder-heading uncoder-avxqz6a\">Items we can\u2019t accept<\/h2><\/div><div class=\"uncoder-text-editor uncoder-oy8npm7 uncoder-text lw-rich\"><p>For safety and legal reasons, we can\u2019t remove or accept the following in our trucks or dumpsters:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hazardous chemicals, solvents, and pesticides<\/li>\n<li>Paint and paint thinners (unless fully dried, where allowed)<\/li>\n<li>Asbestos and materials suspected to contain it<\/li>\n<li>Fuel, oil, propane tanks, and other pressurized containers<\/li>\n<li>Medical and biological waste<\/li>\n<li>Explosives, firearms, and ammunition<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You agree not to place restricted materials among items for removal or in a rented dumpster. Any costs caused by restricted materials, including disposal fees or fines, may be charged to you.<\/p><\/div><\/section><section id=\"ownership-of-items\" class=\"uncoder-container uncoder-m3cm7mi\"><div class=\"uncoder-container uncoder-bj94e71\"><div class=\"uncoder-text-editor uncoder-i5umptq uncoder-text\"><p>06<\/p><\/div><h2 class=\"uncoder-heading uncoder-k10felh\">Ownership of items<\/h2><\/div><div class=\"uncoder-text-editor uncoder-g4idzds uncoder-text lw-rich\"><p>By asking us to remove items, you confirm that you own them or have the authority to dispose of them. Once items are loaded, ownership passes to us and we decide how to donate, recycle, or dispose of them.<\/p>\n<p>Please remove anything you want to keep before the crew begins. We can\u2019t return items once they\u2019ve left the property.<\/p><\/div><\/section><section id=\"demolition-services\" class=\"uncoder-container uncoder-lu5zgoo\"><div class=\"uncoder-container uncoder-e4aemfx\"><div class=\"uncoder-text-editor uncoder-k639rd6 uncoder-text\"><p>07<\/p><\/div><h2 class=\"uncoder-heading uncoder-w1orj2c\">Demolition services<\/h2><\/div><div class=\"uncoder-text-editor uncoder-f5pkynw uncoder-text lw-rich\"><p>Our demolition work is limited to non-structural features such as sheds, decks, fences, hot tubs, and interior fixtures. Before work begins, you must arrange for a licensed professional to disconnect any electrical, gas, or water supply.<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019re responsible for obtaining any permits your town requires, unless we agree in writing to handle them for you.<\/p><\/div><\/section><section id=\"dumpster-rentals\" class=\"uncoder-container uncoder-q1ihq0n\"><div class=\"uncoder-container uncoder-b7nron7\"><div class=\"uncoder-text-editor uncoder-yydx6ek uncoder-text\"><p>08<\/p><\/div><h2 class=\"uncoder-heading uncoder-k94j805\">Dumpster rentals<\/h2><\/div><div class=\"uncoder-text-editor uncoder-vdxwvsr uncoder-text lw-rich\"><ul>\n<li>You must provide a level, accessible placement area. We place boards under the dumpster, but we can\u2019t guarantee against marks on driveways or other surfaces.<\/li>\n<li>Do not load above the top rim or exceed the weight allowance for your size. Overweight or overfilled dumpsters may incur fees or need to be unloaded before pickup.<\/li>\n<li>Placement on a public street may require a permit from your town.<\/li>\n<li>Rental periods beyond the included term are billed per additional day.<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div><\/section><section id=\"payment\" class=\"uncoder-container uncoder-re5zo82\"><div class=\"uncoder-container uncoder-nvecs9y\"><div class=\"uncoder-text-editor uncoder-ou1buas uncoder-text\"><p>09<\/p><\/div><h2 class=\"uncoder-heading uncoder-y22diyh\">Payment<\/h2><\/div><div class=\"uncoder-text-editor uncoder-bkc490a uncoder-text lw-rich\"><p>Payment is due when the job is complete, or at delivery for dumpster rentals, unless we\u2019ve agreed otherwise in writing. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods listed at the time of booking. Business customers may be invoiced by arrangement.<\/p><\/div><\/section><section id=\"damage-and-liability\" class=\"uncoder-container uncoder-bxcn814\"><div class=\"uncoder-container uncoder-lwt9rgl\"><div class=\"uncoder-text-editor uncoder-f9hqfq1 uncoder-text\"><p>10<\/p><\/div><h2 class=\"uncoder-heading uncoder-p54xe3i\">Damage and liability<\/h2><\/div><div class=\"uncoder-text-editor uncoder-qvjxehy uncoder-text lw-rich\"><p>Our crews are trained to work carefully and we carry liability insurance. If you believe we caused damage, tell us within 48 hours of the job, with photos if possible, and we\u2019ll work with you to put it right.<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear from loading, or damage caused by conditions we weren\u2019t told about, such as hidden hazards or unstable structures.
