The terms that apply when you use this website or book a repair, maintenance or improvement service with FIXHAVEN.
Estimates
Estimates are based on the information you provide and, where needed, a visit to your home. The estimate specifies the agreed scope and pricing; any additional work is discussed with you before it goes ahead.
Appointments
We agree a date and time with you in advance. If we need to move an appointment we will contact you as early as we can, and we ask the same of you.
Access and preparation
Please make sure we can reach the work area safely and tell us about anything we should know before we start, such as pets, fragile items or previous repairs.
Materials
We use suitable materials for each job and will discuss options with you where there is a choice. Materials you supply yourself are your responsibility.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of the work unless agreed otherwise in writing. We will tell you which payment methods we accept when we confirm your booking.
Changes to these terms
