Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Nettlebrook Pest Control. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and pest control services. By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, or booking a service, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of Our Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse our forms, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the website's operation.

2. Our Services

Nettlebrook Pest Control provides residential and commercial pest management services, including inspections, pest treatments, preventive solutions, and follow-up visits where applicable.

The exact scope of each service depends on the pest type, property conditions, inspection findings, and agreed service plan. We reserve the right to recommend an alternative treatment when necessary.

3. Service Bookings

Submitting a contact form or service request does not automatically confirm a booking. Appointments are confirmed only after our team communicates the agreed service details.

You agree to provide accurate contact information, property details, and relevant information about the pest problem.

4. Pricing and Payments

Service prices may vary depending on the property size, infestation severity, treatment method, and frequency of visits. Any applicable charges will be communicated before the service begins.

Payment terms, accepted payment methods, cancellation charges, and additional fees will be provided during booking or in your service agreement.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellation fees or rescheduling restrictions may apply if disclosed before booking.

We may need to reschedule a service due to weather, safety concerns, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Before and during treatment, you agree to:

• Provide safe and reasonable access to the affected areas.
• Follow preparation instructions provided by our technicians.
• Inform us about relevant property conditions and known pest activity.
• Keep children, pets, and unauthorized persons away from treatment areas as instructed.
• Follow all post-treatment ventilation, cleaning, and re-entry instructions.

Failure to follow these instructions may affect treatment results or require additional visits.

7. Treatment Results and Service Guarantees

Pest control results depend on several factors, including the pest species, infestation level, property conditions, and customer compliance with prevention guidance.

We do not guarantee complete or permanent pest elimination unless expressly stated in a written service agreement.

Any re-treatment guarantee, warranty, or protection plan is subject to its stated coverage period, exclusions, and conditions. Additional visits or services outside the agreed coverage may incur extra charges.

8. Health and Safety

We use treatment methods appropriate to the service and provide relevant safety instructions. Customers must follow all instructions concerning access restrictions, protective measures, ventilation, and re-entry.

Please inform our team of relevant concerns, such as the presence of children, pets, aquariums, or sensitive areas, before treatment begins.

9. Property Access and Existing Conditions

You are responsible for providing accurate information about the property and disclosing known hazards or access restrictions.

We will take reasonable care while performing our services. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, undisclosed hazards, or conditions outside our reasonable control, subject to applicable law.

10. Website Content and Intellectual Property

All website text, branding, graphics, images, and other original content are owned by Nettlebrook Pest Control or used with permission, unless otherwise stated.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nettlebrook Pest Control is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use or service delays beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law. Any additional limitations will be subject to applicable consumer protection requirements and the terms of your service agreement.

13. Privacy

We may collect information you provide through contact forms, booking requests, and communications to respond to inquiries and arrange services.

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Please review that policy to understand how your information is collected, used, and protected.
