Challenges

1. Large-Scale Infestation

The infestation spanned several floors, making it necessary to take a coordinated, comprehensive approach.

2. Non-Intrusive Methods

The client requested that pest control measures not disrupt work activities during office hours.

3. Urgent Structural Damage

Damage to wiring and infrastructure meant immediate intervention was required to prevent further costs.

4. Long-Term Prevention

The client wanted a permanent solution to avoid recurring rodent issues in the future.

Our Approach

1. Initial Inspection

We began by conducting a thorough inspection of the building, identifying rodent entry points, nesting sites, and areas of high activity. This allowed us to develop a targeted plan.

2. Sealing Entry Points

Our team sealed all potential entry points, including gaps in walls, utility line openings, and foundation cracks. This step was critical in stopping new rodents from entering the building.

3. Baiting & Trapping

We set up baited traps in high-activity zones, using discreet placement to avoid disrupting the work environment or attracting attention from office staff.

4. Ongoing Monitoring

Monitoring stations were installed to track rodent activity. These stations allowed us to adjust the treatment strategy as necessary and ensure the infestation was fully controlled.

5. Eco-Friendly Solutions

We used non-toxic baits and humane traps to minimize environmental impact and maintain the safety of office employees and visitors.

Results

Quick Resolution

Within one week, rodent activity had significantly decreased. By the two-week mark, there were no signs of infestation, and the office was back to normal.

Long-Term Prevention

By sealing entry points and implementing regular monitoring, we ensured a rodent-free environment moving forward.

Minimal Disruption

Business operations continued smoothly throughout the treatment process, with no interruptions for staff or visitors.
