How Sylvé collects, uses and looks after the details you share with us through this website.
Who we are
Sylvé is a landscape and gardening studio based at 24 Garden Lane, Portland, OR 97205. This policy explains what we collect when you visit this website or get in touch, and what we do with it. Questions about it go to hello@sylvestudio.example.
What we collect
When you send the project inquiry form we receive your name, your email address and, if you add them, your phone number, the type of project and your message. When you join the newsletter we receive your email address.
Like most websites, our server keeps short technical logs (pages loaded, browser type and an anonymized IP address) to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your inquiry, arrange a consultation and, if we work together, to plan, deliver and invoice the project. Newsletter addresses are used only to send our seasonal notes, and every email has a link to unsubscribe.
We never sell or rent your details, and we do not use them for any purpose you have not asked for.
Who we share it with
Only the services we need to run the studio: email, calendar, file storage and accounting. Each may use your details only to provide that service to us.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted after twelve months. Project records are kept for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting. You can leave the newsletter at any time and your address is removed straight away.
Your choices
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them or have them deleted by writing to hello@sylvestudio.example. We reply within thirty days.
