A better way to come home
Tarrow Paving is an Annapolis-based paving company focused on the surfaces you use every day. From the first turn into your driveway to the parking lot outside your business, our work connects people and places.
We believe your project should begin with an honest conversation and finish with a space you feel good about. That means listening, preparing carefully, and paying attention to the little things along the way.
Why Tarrow Paving
Not your average crew
Personal attention
Talk through your project with the people responsible for the result. Clear recommendations and a plan built around your property.
Straight answers. Clear communication.
Know what happens next. We explain your options, keep you informed, and make it easy to ask questions.
Prepared from the ground up
The work beneath the surface matters. We focus on grading, drainage, and a dependable base before the final finish.
Local work. Lasting pride.
Annapolis is home. We bring care and attention to the driveways, businesses, and neighborhoods around us.
Your property deserves our full attention.
A good project starts with a conversation. We take the time to understand your property, explain the options, and build a plan that makes sense for you. From the foundation to the final finish, the details matter.
— The Tarrow Paving approach
Our advantage
What you get working with us
The practical differences you notice on your own property, from the first visit through to the walkthrough.
01
One point of contact
The person who walks your property is the person you call with questions. Nothing gets lost in a handoff between departments.
02
A base built to last
Most driveway failures start underneath. We grade, drain, and compact properly before a single inch of surface goes down.
03
Itemised written estimates
You see the scope, the materials, and what each part covers, so you can compare quotes properly and ask informed questions.
04
Honest recommendations
If a targeted repair will serve you better than a full replacement, we say so. We would rather do the right job than the bigger one.
05
A tidy site, every day
Equipment cleared, materials contained, and your access kept usable while the work is underway.
06
We walk the finished work
We go over the completed surface with you, explain how to care for it in its first season, and stay reachable afterwards.
The people behind the work
Who you’ll be working with
