Our dashboard is where a year of testing becomes something you can act on. It has to be fast, calm and readable on a phone in a car park \u2014 because that is where people open it.<\/p><\/div>

What you would own<\/h2>

The full member-facing surface: results, trends, plans and reminders. You will work alongside a designer and two clinicians, and you will have the final call on how it is built.<\/p><\/div>

We deploy several times a day, keep meetings few, and write things down.<\/p><\/div>

What you would do<\/h3>

Work directly with clinicians on how results are displayed<\/p><\/div><\/div>

Keep the result pipeline fast and observable<\/p><\/div><\/div>

Review code and mentor two mid-level engineers<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
