Healthcare design defaults to either sterile blue or wellness beige. We have tried to build something calmer and more grown-up than both, and this role owns keeping it that way.<\/p><\/div>

Scope<\/h2>

The site, the report, the emails, the retreat print, the photography. It is a wide brief with a small team, which means real ownership and very little committee.<\/p><\/div>

You will report to the founder and work day to day with one engineer and one writer.<\/p><\/div>

What you would do<\/h3>

Design across web, report layouts, print and retreat materials<\/p><\/div><\/div>

Keep one visual system across every surface<\/p><\/div><\/div>

Art-direct photography and video shoots<\/p><\/div><\/div>

<\/svg><\/span><\/span><\/div>

Work with the writer on how things are said, not just shown<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

What we are looking for<\/h3>

Four or more years in brand or editorial design<\/p><\/div><\/div>

A portfolio with real typographic craft<\/p><\/div><\/div>

Comfortable in Framer or similar<\/p><\/div><\/div>

Opinions about medical design, ideally strong ones<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
