What we collect<\/h2>

Account details you give us (name, email, date of birth), the results of any panel you take with us, and what you tell us in check-ins or messages to the care team.<\/p><\/div>

Technical data your browser sends \u2014 device type, approximate region, and which pages you opened. We use this to keep the site working, not to build an advertising profile.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

How we use it<\/h2>

To run your tests, get your results read by a physician, write your plan, and answer you when you get in touch. That is the whole list of primary uses.<\/p><\/div>

De-identified and aggregated results help us refine our optimal ranges. You can turn that off in settings without losing any feature.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

Who can see it<\/h2>

You, and the physician reviewing your panel. Partner labs see only what they need to run the sample. Nobody else inside Verdia sees identifiable results without your explicit request.<\/p><\/div>

We do not sell data. We do not share it with insurers, employers or advertisers, under any circumstances, for any price.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

Your rights<\/h2>

You can export everything we hold about you as a single archive, correct anything inaccurate, or delete your account outright. Deletion removes identifiable records within 30 days, except where law requires us to retain a clinical record.<\/p><\/div>

Write to hello@verdia.health and a person will action it \u2014 no form maze.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

HIPAA notice<\/h2>

Verdia works with CLIA-certified partner laboratories and licensed physicians. Where we act as a covered entity or business associate, your protected health information is handled under HIPAA and the terms of our business associate agreements.<\/p><\/div>

You have the right to a copy of your record, to request corrections, and to an accounting of disclosures.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

Cookies<\/h2>

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and a single analytics cookie to count page views. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this site.<\/p><\/div>

You can decline non-essential cookies from the banner or in cookie settings at any time, and nothing about the product stops working.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

Changes to this policy<\/h2>

If anything material changes, we email every member at least one billing cycle in advance and mark the change in this page\u2019s history. Minor clarifications are dated at the top.<\/p><\/div><\/div>
