TSH is sensitive \u2014 it moves with illness, stress, pregnancy, time of day and the biotin in your hair supplement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">One reading is not a diagnosis<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A TSH of 5.2 with normal free T4 and no antibodies usually warrants a repeat in six to eight weeks, not a prescription.
