1. Who we are

Ardwyn Consulting (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an independent consultancy that helps growing businesses with strategy, operations, growth and financial planning. This policy explains what we collect when you visit this website or get in touch, and what we do with it. Questions go to hello@ardwyn.example.

2. What we collect

When you send the enquiry form we receive your name and email address and, if you add them, your phone number, a subject and your message. When we work together we also keep the contact details of the people we work with and the notes and documents of the engagement.

Like most websites, our server keeps short technical logs (pages loaded, browser type and an anonymized IP address) to keep the site secure.

3. How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange an introductory call, prepare a proposal and, once we work together, to run the engagement and send invoices. We do not use them for marketing unless you ask to hear from us, and we never sell or rent them.

4. Confidential business information

Anything you share with us about your business is treated as confidential. Only the consultants working on your engagement can see it, and we do not use it for any other client.

5. Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run the practice: email and calendar, document storage, video calls and accounting. Each may use your details only to provide that service to us. We also share details when the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted after 12 months. Engagement records are kept for six years after the work ends, as tax rules require, and then deleted.

7. Cookies

This website uses only the cookies it needs to work. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Your choices

You can ask for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them when we no longer need them. Email hello@ardwyn.example and we will reply within 30 days.
