Terms of Service
1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use this website or engage Ardwyn Consulting. The proposal or engagement letter we agree for a project sets out its scope, fees and timing, and takes priority over these terms where they differ.
2. Our services
We provide advice and support on strategy, operations, growth and financial planning. Decisions about your business remain yours: our recommendations are based on the information you give us and on our professional judgement at the time.
3. Proposals and fees
After an introductory conversation we send a written proposal with the scope, the fee and the expected timeline. Work starts when the proposal is accepted in writing. Unless the proposal says otherwise, fees are invoiced monthly and due within 14 days.
4. Changes to the scope
If the work needs to change once an engagement has started, we explain why and agree the change and any effect on the fee and timeline with you in writing before we go ahead.
5. Confidentiality
We keep everything you share with us confidential, during the engagement and after it ends, unless the law requires otherwise or you agree in writing.
6. Work we produce
The reports, plans and materials we prepare for you are yours to use within your business once the related fees are paid. We may keep our own working methods and general know-how for other work.
7. Ending an engagement
Either side can end an engagement with 14 days’ written notice. You pay for the work done up to the end of the notice period.
8. Liability
We carry out our work with reasonable care and skill. Our total liability for an engagement is limited to the fees paid for it, and we are not responsible for indirect losses or for decisions taken on information we were not given.
9. This website
The content of this website is general information, not advice for your situation. Case studies and figures describe past engagements and do not promise the same results.
