Information we collect
When you request a consultation, subscribe to our emails or contact us, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number and the treatment you’re interested in. Our website forms are designed not to collect medical information. We also collect limited technical data, such as pages visited and device type, to keep the site working and understand how it’s used.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to requests, schedule and confirm appointments, send reminders you’ve agreed to, and — only with your consent — send occasional marketing emails. We do not sell your personal information.
Health information and your privacy rights
Health information you share during treatment is protected health information under HIPAA. How we use and disclose it, and your rights to access and amend it, are described in our Notice of Privacy Practices, available at the front desk and on request.
Text messages
If you opt in, we send appointment confirmations and reminders by text. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We never share your mobile number for third-party marketing.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop marketing messages, by emailing us. We’ll respond within the time required by applicable law.
