A London scale-up of around 150 people is hiring its first head of people to build the function from the ground up.
You will set up performance, reward and onboarding, lead a small team and sit on the leadership team.

- Led people functions in growing businesses
- Experience designing reward and performance frameworks
- CIPD qualified or equivalent experience
- Credible with founders and engineers alike
