Do I need to be home?
No. Most clients give us a key or a door code. Keys are coded and kept in a locked safe at the office, never with your address on them.
Do you bring your own products?
Yes, along with hoovers, mops and cloths. We use plant-based products in refillable bottles. If you’d rather we used yours, just say.
Are your cleaners insured and checked?
Every cleaner is employed by us, reference-checked and DBS-checked, and covered by our £5m public liability insurance.
What if I’m not happy?
Tell us within 72 hours and we’ll send someone back to redo it, free. That goes for every clean, not just end-of-tenancy.
Can I change or skip a visit?
Yes. Give us 48 hours’ notice and there’s no charge. Going on holiday? We can pause your cleans for as long as you need.
How do I pay?
By card or bank transfer after each clean, or monthly by Direct Debit for regular cleans. No deposit for regular work.
