How long does a new roof actually take?

Most residential roof replacements ship in 1–3 days once material arrives. We pull permits ahead of time, so the only delay you'll see is the weather.

Do you handle the insurance claim?

Yes - for storm and hail damage, we send a state-licensed adjuster to the inspection and handle all the paperwork with your carrier. You only pay your deductible.

What materials do you install?

Asphalt shingle (GAF, Owens Corning, CertainTeed), metal (standing seam, exposed-fastener), clay & concrete tile, and synthetic slate. We're factory-certified on all four.

What's the warranty?

25-year workmanship warranty from us, plus manufacturer warranties up to 50 years on premium materials. Both transfer once if you sell the home.

Are you licensed and insured?

Fully licensed in every state we operate (license #s in the footer). General liability $2M, workers' comp on every crew member. Certificate available on request.

Do you charge for inspections or quotes?

Never. Free drone inspection, free written quote, free in-home consultation. No high-pressure sales - if we're not a fit, we'll tell you.
