Cancelling or moving a visit
Free with 48 hours’ notice. Inside 48 hours it’s $50, because we usually can’t fill the slot.
Locked out
If the team arrives and can’t get in, and we can’t reach you within 15 minutes, it’s $75.
Payment
Card on file, charged after the clean. No deposits, no contracts.
Tips
Optional. 100% goes to the two people who cleaned.

Text a photo within 48 hours if something on the checklist was missed. The same team comes back free.
