The whole month is handled, not just the filing
Most bookkeeping stops at data entry and hands you a set of figures in March. This does not. Your bank feeds run daily, receipts get chased during the month rather than after it, and anything that looks wrong gets queried while you still remember what it was.
By the fifth working day, you get one page showing what came in, what went out, and how much to keep back for tax. If a number looks strange, ring your bookkeeper. They will already know the answer.

Do I have to move to Xero?
It is included and it makes our side quicker, but we are happy to work in QuickBooks or FreeAgent if you already have one running.
What if I go over 300 transactions?
We flag it at the quarterly review and agree a new fee from the following month. We do not backdate anything or add it quietly.
Can I add VAT or payroll later?
Yes. Both are priced separately and can start at any month end. Most clients add VAT once they register.
What happens if I fall behind on receipts?
We chase weekly and code what we can without them. Anything still missing gets listed on your report so it never turns into a year end scramble.
How quickly can we start?
Usually within a fortnight. We write to your current accountant for the records, set up feeds, and your first clean month follows.
