Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
Tarnwell Plumbing (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a residential and commercial plumbing company serving Houston and the surrounding areas. This policy explains what we collect when you visit this website, call us or ask for a quote, and what we do with it. If anything here is unclear, email hello@tarnwell.example.
2. What we collect
When you send the quote form we receive your name, email address and, if you add them, your phone number, the service you need and your message. When you call or email us we keep a note of the conversation and the address of the job.
Like most websites, our server logs the pages you load, your browser type and an anonymized IP address so we can keep the site secure and running.
3. How we use it
We use your details to answer your request, prepare an estimate, book and carry out the work, send invoices and follow up on warranty questions. We do not use them for anything else, and we never sell or rent them.
4. Who we share it with
Only the services we need to run the business: our email and scheduling software, our accounting software and, when you pay by card, the payment provider. Each of them may only use your details to provide that service to us. We also share details when the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
Quote requests that do not lead to a job are deleted after 12 months. Job records, invoices and warranty details are kept for seven years, as tax and licensing rules require.
6. Cookies
This website uses only the cookies it needs to work, such as remembering that a form was sent. We do not use advertising cookies. Maps and videos load from their providers only when you choose to open them.
7. Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them when we no longer need them for a job or the law. Email hello@tarnwell.example and we will reply within 30 days.
8. Changes
We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date below shows the latest version.
