Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you use this website or book an exterior cleaning service with TIDEBOLT.
Estimates
Estimates are based on the information you provide and, where needed, a visit to the property. The final price may change if the size, surface condition or access differs from what was described. We confirm any change with you before the work goes ahead.
Scheduling and weather
We agree a date and time with you in advance. Rain, frost or high winds can make exterior cleaning unsafe or ineffective; in that case we will contact you to move the appointment.
Access and preparation
Please make sure we can reach the areas to be cleaned, an outdoor water supply is available, and vehicles, furniture and fragile items are moved away from the work area.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of the work unless agreed otherwise in writing. We will tell you which payment methods we accept when we confirm your booking.
Our responsibility
We choose the pressure and cleaning method for each surface and take care to avoid damage. Please tell us about any existing damage, loose fittings or delicate surfaces before we start. Any concerns about the finished work should be raised within seven days.
