Using this website does not create a service contract. Estimates, appointment times, project scope, pricing, warranties, and payment terms must be confirmed directly in writing.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website. These terms apply only to website use; separate written terms may apply to estimates, appointments, installations, repairs, warranties, or other services.
2. Website purpose
This website provides general information about garage-door repair, installation, openers, inspections, commercial doors, service areas, and ways to contact us. Website content is informational and is not a substitute for an on-site inspection, professional diagnosis, or written service agreement.
3. Requests, estimates, and appointments
Submitting a form, leaving a message, or requesting an estimate does not create a binding appointment or require either party to proceed. A request is confirmed only after direct communication from Torvane Door Co.
- Availability, response times, and same-day service are not guaranteed.
- Pricing may change after an on-site inspection reveals conditions not reasonably visible or described in advance.
- Material availability, product specifications, lead times, permits, and installation requirements may affect the final scope and schedule.
- Any deposit, cancellation, warranty, or payment terms will be stated in the applicable estimate, work order, or service agreement.
4. Garage-door safety
Garage doors, springs, cables, tracks, and openers can cause serious injury or property damage. Website information should not be treated as instructions to repair, release, adjust, or dismantle high-tension components. Stop operating a door that is unstable, off track, visibly damaged, or supported by a broken spring or cable, and contact a qualified technician. In an immediate emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service.
5. Acceptable use
You may use the website only for lawful personal or business purposes. You may not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, server, accounts, forms, or connected systems.
- Interfere with site operation, introduce malicious code, scrape the website in a way that disrupts service, or bypass security controls.
- Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive requests.
- Copy, republish, sell, or exploit website content except as permitted by law or with written authorization.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority to act for a property owner or business.

The website design, text, graphics, logos, photographs, and other content are owned by or licensed to Torvane Door Co. and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Limited personal use of the website does not transfer any ownership rights. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Third-party links and services
Links, maps, embedded content, financing tools, review platforms, or other third-party features may be provided for convenience. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, content, security, terms, or privacy practices.
