Quotes

Every job starts with a written price. Nothing starts until you approve it, and the price does not change once we begin unless you ask for extra work.

Visits and call-outs

Diagnostic visits are a flat fee, credited back if you go ahead with the repair. Emergency call-outs outside opening hours are priced on the call before we set off.

Guarantee

Labor is guaranteed for 1 year and parts carry the manufacturer’s warranty. If the same problem comes back within that time, so do we, at no charge.

Payment

Payment is due when the work is finished and you have walked through it with the tech. We take card and bank transfer.
