Names, contact details, business addresses, ownership details, and copies of ID presented at notary appointments. We collect this only to prepare filings and perform notarial acts you request.

To file documents with state agencies and the IRS, to complete notarizations, to contact you about your order, and to meet record-keeping rules for notaries.
Who we share it with
Government agencies receiving your filings, and service providers that process payments or host our systems. We never sell personal information.
How long we keep it
Filing records are kept for seven years. Notary journal entries are kept as long as Illinois law requires.
Your choices
You can request a copy of your information or ask us to delete it, unless we are required by law to keep it.
