By ordering a service you agree to these terms. Quotes are fixed, and state fees are paid at cost.
Our services
We prepare and file business documents you direct us to file, act as registered agent, and perform notarial acts. We are not a law firm and do not give legal advice.
Your information
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Filings are prepared from your answers and submitted only after your approval.
Fees and payment
Service fees are quoted before work begins. State and county fees are listed separately and passed through without markup.
Refunds
Service fees are refunded in full if your filing has not been submitted. Government fees cannot be refunded once paid to the state.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the service fee paid for the order in question. We are not responsible for delays caused by government agencies.
