1. Information we collect

When you book a visit, call us or become a patient, we collect your name, phone number, email address and postal address, plus your pet’s name, species, breed, age and medical history.

2. How we use it

We use your information to provide veterinary care, send appointment and vaccine reminders, process payments and answer your questions. We never sell your data.

We only share information when it is needed for your pet’s care or required by law — for example with specialist referral hospitals, diagnostic labs, pet insurers you ask us to contact, or public health authorities for rabies records.

4. How long we keep it

Medical records are kept for at least seven years after your pet’s last visit, as required for veterinary practices. Other data is deleted when it is no longer needed.

5. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your records, ask us to correct them, or ask us to stop sending reminders at any time.

6. Cookies
