The fine print, made friendly.

1. Appointments

You can book online, by phone or in person. Please arrive 5 minutes early so we can check your pet in calmly. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule.

2. Cancellations

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations or missed visits may be charged a $25 fee.

3. Estimates & payment

We give a written estimate before any treatment. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cards, Apple Pay and approved payment plans for larger treatments.

4. Wellness plans

Wellness plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Services already used in the current plan year are charged at regular prices if you cancel early.

5. Emergencies

Our 24/7 line gives phone guidance and arranges after-hours visits. Emergency fees apply outside opening hours.

6. Liability

We always act in your pet’s best interest using accepted veterinary standards. Some treatments carry risks, which your vet will explain before you agree to them.
