Restoration questions, answered

What happens now?

From the first call to the repair plan, here’s what to expect.

My home has water, fire, or storm damage. How do I get help?

Call and describe what happened, where the property is, and whether the damage is still spreading. We can discuss the type of restoration needed and confirm availability. The contact form is another way to share details for a non-urgent request.

What information should I have ready when I call?

Your property address, a callback number, when the damage happened, and which rooms or areas are affected are a helpful start. Share photos you already have and any claim reference if you’ve contacted your insurer.

Can you help with cleanup and the repairs afterward?

Yes. Our services cover water extraction and drying, fire and smoke cleanup, mold remediation, storm damage, and reconstruction. The assessment determines which services your property needs and how the work should be sequenced.

Is restoration covered by my homeowners insurance?

Coverage depends on your policy and the circumstances of the loss. Your insurer makes that determination. Ask your adjuster what documentation is needed and discuss the proposed restoration scope before authorizing work; we do not guarantee coverage or claim approval.

How long does restoration take?

The timeline depends on the extent of damage, affected materials, drying progress, and repair needs. Cleanup and drying may follow a different schedule from reconstruction. We discuss the proposed stages after assessing the property and explain changes as the work progresses.

Can I request help if I suspect mold?

Yes. Tell us where you’ve noticed it, whether there has been a leak or other moisture problem, and how long it has been present. Our mold remediation service begins with an assessment of the affected area and moisture source.

Do you serve my neighborhood?

Our service area includes Asheville, Black Mountain, Weaverville, Hendersonville, Fletcher, Arden, Swannanoa, and Candler. Call with your address to discuss your location and current availability.
