Do you charge extra to travel outside Asheville?

No. Every community listed on this page is covered at the same rates. Travel time is built into how we schedule crews rather than billed as a separate line.

How quickly can you reach my property?

It depends on the address, the time of day, current demand and road conditions. Call and describe what has happened, and we will tell you honestly when a crew can be there rather than quote a number we cannot hold to.

My town is not on the list. Can you still help?

Often, yes. The communities here are where we work most regularly, not a hard boundary. Call with your address and we will tell you straight away whether we can cover it.

Do you work on commercial property in these areas?

Yes. Offices, retail units, restaurants and multi-tenant buildings throughout the service area. Where it is possible we phase the work so part of a business can keep trading.

Are you licensed to work throughout North Carolina?

Yes. We carry the licensing and insurance required for residential and commercial restoration and reconstruction in the state, and can provide certificates on request.

Can you document damage for an insurance claim in my county?

Yes, anywhere in the service area. We record conditions, moisture readings, scope and completed work so you can share it with your carrier. Coverage decisions stay with your insurer.
