Who we are

Cleanup through rebuild.

We bring cleanup, restoration, and reconstruction together in one company. From the first conversation to the final walkthrough, the focus stays on your property, your questions, and your next chapter.

Why homeowners trust us

Trust is earned at every step.

Restoration takes more than equipment. It takes technical skill, honest communication, and a team that stays accountable until the work is finished.

Our services

Everything we do, in one place.

Emergency response, cleanup, and the rebuild that follows — handled by one team, so you are never passed between companies partway through a project.

Questions, answered

Before you call.

The things people ask us most about working with Cragmoor.

How quickly can someone get here?

For an active emergency we aim to have a crew moving the same day, often within a few hours. Real response time depends on the address, the time of day, current demand and road conditions — call and we will give you an honest answer rather than a comfortable one.

Do you handle the repairs as well as the cleanup?

Yes, and that is the point of how we are set up. Mitigation and reconstruction run through the same company, so there is no handover between a drying firm and a builder — which is the stage where these jobs most often stall.

Do you work with insurance companies?

We document conditions, moisture readings, scope and completed work in the format adjusters expect, and we will meet your adjuster on site. We do not decide coverage or adjust the claim — that stays between you and your carrier.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We carry the licensing and insurance required for residential and commercial restoration and reconstruction in North Carolina, and we can provide certificates on request.

What happens at an assessment?

We look at the property, explain what we have found, and put the proposed scope in writing before anything is agreed. Nothing starts until you have seen it and said yes.

Which areas do you cover?

Asheville and the surrounding Western North Carolina communities — Black Mountain, Weaverville, Hendersonville, Fletcher, Arden, Swannanoa and Candler among them. Call with your address if you are not sure whether you are inside it.
